All accommodations are furnished in a style consistent with a luxurious Northern Thai home and fitted with all modern conveniences.

Accommodation

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai includes 98 remarkably spacious accommodations: 64 pavilions, 12 villas and 22 Resort villas and residences with one, two, three or four bedrooms. All feature polished teak wood floors, rich Thai cotton decorations and beautiful Siamese art under a vaulted ceiling with cooling overhead fans. Technology incorporates a satellite television, DVD player and wireless Internet access. The oversized bathroom features a double vanity, a separate shower and a deep soaking bathtub – with windows overlooking a secluded garden planted with ferns and tropical plants.

All accommodations include a covered outdoor veranda – known as a sala – that features a wood floor and a high ceiling with fan. A northern Thai-style daybed and chairs are perfect for reading or meditation, while the dining table invites romantic breakfasts or intimate dinner parties. Enchanting views highlight gardens, terraced rice paddies and mountains in the distance.

Spa

The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, chosen as the World's Best Spa by Condé Nast Traveler (UK) in the 2007 Reader's Award, features seven spacious treatment suites offering total privacy for individuals or couples. Each suite offers a variety of facilities, including outdoor showers, private herbal steam rooms and outdoor soaking tubs. Two of the suites have tropical rain shower massage tables. The spa also features a Lanna-style beauty salon.

Dining

Menus at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai present elegant Thai cuisine, wide-ranging Asian specialties and a variety of international favourites. Indoor and outdoor seating enjoy sunset views and gentle northern breezes. A private dining venue exclusively reserved for two, the Rice Barn is the perfect place to savour an exquisite five-course meal under shimmering moonlight by the Resort’s rice paddies and lake. Or, join the cooking school’s intimate Chef’s Table for a novel way to learn the secrets of Thai cooking. Picnic baskets for tour excursions and meals to go are also available.
